Dr. Pritika Kumar is a Senior Fellow in Integrated Harm Reduction at a public policy think tank, R Street Institute. She has worked in harm reduction for over twenty years in varied settings including United Nations and World Bank, not-for-profit sector domestically and internationally, integrated health systems, industry and academia.
